General FAQS
How can I get a quote?
Getting a quote is easy! Just fill out our Quote Form with as much detail as possible. And a member of our team will respond with a quote in a timely manner.
Do you charge the full quote amount if it doesn't take that long to clean my place?
Our quotes are just an estimate based on the information you provide in our form. So we may charge a little less or a little more depending on a few factors. Such as how long we spend at the property or how much work we complete while cleaning.
Does someone have to visit my place before I can book a cleaning?
Absolutely not! You can get a quote and book your cleaning while on our website. It takes about one minute to fill out our form.
Do I provide the cleaning supplies?
We do not include cleaning supplies. This ensures we use products you like while ensuring there’s no cross-contamination between cleanings.
However, if you don’t have supplies, we can bring them for an additional fee. Also, please note: we always use your vacuum and mop/bucket. So please be sure to have those items on hand.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation.
Scheduling FAQS
Do you offer same-day bookings?
While we can’t guarantee same-day bookings, we try to accommodate them when time allows.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
It’s completely up to you. However, if you’re not going to be home, let us know so we can make proper arrangements.
Will you arrive at the exact time I book?
Yes, we usually show up on time. However, sometimes we may show up early or late depending on traffic and other factors out of our control.
When do I pay for the cleaning?
You don’t have to pay until your cleaning is complete. Your invoice will reflect the time cleaning your property. We round up /down to the nearest 15-minute increment.
Do I have sign any contracts?
No, you don’t have to commit to any contracts. And you don’t have to book a certain number of appointments.

How many cleaners will arrive for my cleaning?
We typically send out two cleaners for a cleaning job. However, if it’s a bigger job we may send more cleaners. But we will notify you before hand if we think there’s a need for more than two cleaners.
Do you screen your employees and cleaners?
We properly screen each one of our employees before we hire them.
